Using money management and financial literacy as weapons to combat poverty will be the focus of a program at Briar Cliff University.
Money management expert Adam Carroll will present “Winning the Money Game” at 7 p.m. Monday.
Carroll, a self-proclaimed financial literacy junkie, contends that individuals who are able to make, manage, save and invest their money are happier and more content. He founded National Financial Educators with the goal to educate, entertain and inspire young people to live their lives in complete control of their money.
The free program is at the Stark Student Center, 3303 Rebecca Street.
